Activate online

After your card is dispatched a 3 digit activation code will be sent to you by email and SMS.

  • Login to your account and click the Activate button when prompted
  • Enter the 3 digit code and the long number on the front of your card
  • Click the “Confirm” button and your card will be activated immediately

Activate by SMS

You should have received an activation code by SMS. Simply text the word ACTIVATE followed by the last 4 digits of your card number and your activation code. For example…

Activate by calling customer services

You can also activate your card by calling our Customer Services on 0845 351 1557. Have your card details, activation code and personal details ready.

We will email you a confirmation that your card is ready to use.
