Adding an additional cardholder

The additional cardholder must be 13+ years of age. To apply for the additional card we will need the following information from the additional cardholder:

• full name
• date of birth and
• relationship to you

Both cards will share the same balance and have the same account number so the additional cardholder will have full access to all funds on the account. The additional card holder will, however, have a different card number and a different PIN.

How can I apply for an additional card?

Applying for an additional card is simple.

You can do it by logging into your account and selecting the “Additional Card button” on the bottom of the “My Account” tab and complete the form.

You can also simply call the customer service number and they will order it for you.

It will take 10 days for both the card and PIN to be received from the date of the card being requested.

Are there any charges for the additional card?

The cost of the additional card is £5.00. The primary cardholder must have the funds in the account before the additional card is ordered.

All transaction fees are the same as your current card.
